Today I placed an order at your Belleville Road location and waited 15 minutes, only to find out my pizza was never made. I was later told it had been mistakenly given away. When I asked for a cash refund—so I could get food elsewhere for my children—I was informed it had to be processed back to my card, which would take 5 to 7 business days. That’s unacceptable. Multiple times ordering EXTRA BUTTER PARM THAT MEANS BUTTER AND OARMESAN SHOUKD COVER MY CRUST!!! I ordered extra parm AND EAS CHARGED A DOLLAR BECAUSE INKNEW THEY'D SKIMP H.A.R.D ON MY PARM CRUST! THEYRE LITERALLY A DAILY SCREW UP NO BUTTER PARM FOR EXTRA ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR "FREE" PARM IS ABSENT?!?!?!?!?! TOTAL SCAM! O.N.L.Y good part is the driver respect etc!
