The last time I was in Hungry Howie in Almont, Michigan; Jacob was so nice to take my food to my vehicle. That’s what you call “customer service “ and even the best part of the deal I only have one arm. Yes, I’m disabled and that’s what good about Hungry Howie of Almont helping out people who are disabled or just did help. Keep up the good work Almont Hungry Howie.
I had a young lady help me take my order to our vehicle because I only have one arm. I call this great customer service. This person was helpful, friendly, going the extra mile to help out me because of only having one arm. Not to many people do this but we found out Hungry Howie’s of Almont does this. We want to Thank you Hungry Howie’s of Almont for doing a great job and carrying for your customers. Thank you again.
If you cannot get delivery drivers and have to resort to using third party delivery services, tell the customer. These customers think 3rd party delivery drivers are with Hungry Howies and if they tip on card it's only going to Hungry Howies not the drivers, really goes to no one at all since the 3rdparty doesn't take the signed receipt with tip added to Hungry Howies. Very disappointed to know this is what you are doing.
