Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. They sold me a burnt pizza and when I brought it back up there, the manager stared at the pizza and said it wasn’t burnt. I asked him to remake it and give me something for my time and inconvenience because I drove 20 minutes to get there and gas is high and he refused. I then asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do that because I only brought back half of the order. I said I brought back the half that wasn’t prepared correctly. I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Howie’s on Saturday evening. The customer service was poor, and the two employees working at the time were rude. Instead of focusing on customers, they kept walking in and out of the store and didn’t seem interested in helping anyone. When I came in, I expected basic service and professionalism, but that wasn’t what I received. It felt like customers were being ignored, and the attitude from the staff was not welcoming at all. This store has improved over the years. Very good staff at this location. My food is always great. Service is outstanding!

I ordered a deep dish Pizza. And unfortunately it is very thin crust so I wondering if you guys are cutting cost on thickness of the crust beosue I remeber them being very thick the hungry howie bread taste stale and dry as well
