No kosher grocery store in the mid west has a more complete inventory and variety lots of hard to find Israeli food. I know people who travel hundreds of miles just to shop at the Hungarian.

My friends recommend other kosher shops that are closer to my home, but no. I like everything about Hungarian Kosher Foods. The selection, the staff, the atmosphere is really enjoyable. Grocery shopping should be an experience. :)

My son and I went here because he is doing a report on Hungary for school and wanted to bring food for his class to taste. We asked an employee for suggestions and she was not helpful at all. Said she really didn't know. We walked out very disappointed.
