Noticeably absent when Richard arrived was his cape—dammit! AS ALWAYS, top-drawer service from these folks, and especially Richard, during the repair of a broke spring. In and out in 40 mins AND that’s with lubing my other doors! This shop, and every team member they have ever sent out, are superb—from the phone consultation to the hands-on-professional service tech.
