This is not a review specifically for this location but for the company as a whole. This is the 2nd time that the company has miscalculated our estimated escrow for taxes and insurance, and now, with not even a 1 month notice, our mortgage is going up $350 a month. Do yourself a favor and look else where for a mortgage company. Clearly cannot trust this company to do their jobs correctly.
Currently working with Hung team and I am not having a pleasant experience. The lack of communication and response time is unprofessional. I will update this review if something changes.

Don't work with Hung. First, he asked us to fill out a LOOOONG and personal application and ran our credit without having a conversation with us first (despite numerous calls, emails and texts to try and speak with him). After the application we got no response until I badgered them for information. Finally his assistant called and said they don't work with that type of property.
