The staff and manager are extremely rude!! No follow ups and RULES all over the walls!! No wonder you put the unprofessional staff behind a glass window!! Unfortunate! On my way to find a PLEASANT Doctor that UNDERSTANDS the PATIENT’S needs! Stay away!! No wonder the rating is as it is! Awful!
Every time I see this Dr I leave angry. This time they charged me a $50 copay to give me the results of a cancer screen. They would not tell me over the phone. I had to go in and pay them to get my results. So I did. I made an apt and paid them $50 copay and guess what? They didn’t even have any results for me. Every time I leave this place I leave saying, “I’ll just go back to the Dr. I came from. “
My husband has been to Dr. Bui several times. He gets annoyed when you explain what is going on. And he doesn't look at his notes or your chart to remember he sent you to a specialist . He seems. Like he is put out with you for wasting his time. He doesn't understand what you tell him or doesnt listen, not sure which. No communication from the nursing staff for refills either.
Definitely a know it all kind of dr... doesn’t understand plain English and skeptical of anything you want to talk about. He loves to send you to specialists then trounce on their decisions.... Way to busy and can’t handle the pressure, 60 year old (me) being talked to like a child... that was the last straw. After a year of mediocre doctoring and being talked down to I told them I would find another doctor, then later on they claimed I was released. My father in law recently moved in with my husband and I, and He was quite nervous about having a new PCP, as he was very comfortable with his Dr. he had for years. He had an appt last week with DR Bui and was extremely pleased, and has been raving about him since.
