They just need more experience on customer service , also He went ahead and changed my car key battery without even asking if I wanted him to do it or if I would do it myself. He charged me $10 for a few seconds of work—basically for nothing—and when I questioned it, he just said he had already started the replacement. It was a total rip-off.
I went to this dealership because it had good reviews. Friendly sales people. I would recommend taking your vehicle to your own mechanic right away. As well a test driving with a little hwy run not just city driving. The mechanic they have making sure the used vehicle is safe. Did not do well for the vehicle I purchased. False information with now cost almost what I paid for the car to fix it.
