Hundred property management has been below average to say the least. There "move in ready" home was an abomination with our check list being to big to put on paper, inckuding but not limited to a moldy dishwasher and bathtub, broken flooring, gunky floors, non working washer machine etc. Fast forward 6 months into lease we asked for a mutual termination and we are moving across the US in which the communication for this was very lackluster.
