What would you pay to not have period cramps anymore? To have regular, healthy, pain-free periods? If you asked me this 3 months ago, I probably would've said... take all my money! I received craniosacral therapy from Caitlin today in support of a persistent low back injury. Caitlin was a KEY part of my postpartum healing after my first child. The postpartum package that includes the massages, belly wrap, and healing bath is INCREDIBLE.
