Very rude over the phone. I simply called about a gift certificate my daughter won at Halloween party and the guy threw a tantrum. Getting a free hair do wasn’t the goal. I figured they would honor the certificate and upsell something, which I was prepared to accept. Now, they’ll never get any business or recommendations from me. Good luck with this he’ll hole.
