Wonderful lawyer. Beloved by local residents....and ME !
James, we retained to file a simple motion response. He failed to allow me to review the response before submittal!!!!! Second, he did not mail them to the Plaintiff in which a judge can dismiss it for failure to follow simple court rules. Third, I asked his assistant and James more than 5 times to verify they were sent and for a personal copy. Stay away

Through it all Mr. Hundley was patient, professional, and friendly. He knew every detail of our deal and of the law. When the seller went into default and the bank was going to short sell he convinced them that it was in their best interest to work with us. Without his help we never would have been able to buy this home.
