Talk about customer service! I ordered a full set of shades for our Renegade Freightliner Cascadia RV. The front fit perfectly. The sides had a few gaps. So I sent them pictures and they went to a local Freightliner dealer and made a template from an exact model as our rig and remade the side shades. Now they fit perfectly and look beautiful! This is what Made in America should really mean!
I just finished installing the 3 window shades and the free wiper covers, in 90 minutes on my 2022 Thor AXIS 24.1 ! Maybe because I installed a set of 3 on my previous 2018 Thor ACE 30.2. Installation was simple, with clear and easy to follow directions. Damian
This company is awesome, their customer service is wonderful and went out of their way to meet my needs. I ordered shades for my travel trailer the middle of June. They were ready to ship before I had an address and they held them for several weeks before shipping. One of them had a custom graphic on it, and I was somewhat concerned how it would look. PERFECT SOLUTION FOR YACHTS! I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and just took delivery of our 2024 Beneteau Swift Trawler 48, Dogs Life. The Florida sun is brutal on everything. We needed a solution to protect the boat and help with the interior temperature. We made appointment in January 2024 to have them make a shade for our front window on our 5th wh. We arrived around lunch and they started working on it around 1:00. We did do a templete before hand at home before we left. They were very pleasent and their service was great. Two of the employees stayed about an hour after they closed to finish gettint it cut and fit to the windshield (sorry, can't remember their names).
