I just ordered delivery from Hunan King and my order was wrong. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and it arrived with no sweet and sour sauce. I called to ask for my sweet and sour shrimp to be refunded but the woman on the phone told me she would not. In fact, she offered to have the sweet and sour sauce re-delivered to me. She thinks it's acceptable to make me wait a half hour to get the rest of my order while the rest gets cold. I pressed her and requested a refund for the shrimp. She refused again. I have ordered from here four times and all four times I have had problems with the order not being correct. The food tastes good when we received the right product. Two times we have been missing entire entrees. Today was my final straw and when I called and requested a refund for the item that was missing she argued with me and refused to do it.
