Great, reliable restaurant – My family has been eating at Hunan Empress since I was a little girl. We have always enjoyed the food, service, and location. While the bathrooms could use remodeling and the booths could be refurbished, I have always thought that the quality of food is excellent. I am very picky about cleanliness, and the restaurant delivers. The price is fine, and we always have leftovers. Hunan Empress has the best egg rolls I've ever tasted. Tea is offered free of charge.
