great food! no, truly, amazing food! service was not great. server spoke very little english and made it stressful and confusing. a couple of dishes we ordered were not written down and brought out. it felt like a very alienating experience if you dont speak their language. their server should be better equipped to handle orders in english. would not go back which is a shame i liked their food! also their menu has items that they dont actually carry. should scratch out or something instead of looking at me like an idiot, you... read more
Both my and my oldest son's craving for truly authentic Chinese cuisine in Hunan (spicy) and Sichuan (numbing and spicy) styles led me to this place just a few blocks north of Costco Roseville. The food, service, and ambiance were exceptional. There is a great variety of dishes whether you enjoy rice, noodles, soups, vegetables, stir-fry, or dry pot. They even have a section called "Temptations on the Tip of Tongue," which features mostly protein-based dishes with pork, chicken, eggs, or tofu. How delightfully eccentric!
