I usually enjoy their General TSO but today the wait time was about 17 minutes & the food was not fresh & the sauce tasted off. Very disappointing

I literally just threw all of my to go order in the trash and went to Sonic. Money wasted. Horrible food. Horrible. Soggy meat. Cold The worst.
We stop by here for pickup every time we go to Lufkin, great food, great prices large servings.
We had a pretty long day, coming from a funeral and dealing with other stressful things going on in our lives we decided to come to our favorite restaurant to eat. We got less than we usually do but we're approached by one of them telling us to take what we can finish and not to waste food. It was such blatant disrespect.
