I absolutely hate doing negative reviews but here goes. I took the kookaburra in the photo to the vet, (found on the road, unable to fly, broken wing), the staff were super friendly and nice (hence 3 stars), I filled out the paperwork and asked if it was possible if I could be contacted with the birds outcome if possible. They said yes and I left. Over 24 hours later with no reply u decided to call to ask if there was any update. The first time I was put on hold and left there for 30 minutes.
