Needed brakes bled and pads checked. Got a call saying it was ready. When I asked what was done they replaced a line because it was almost worn through without asking. I said that's fine and paid. Brakes still had air in them. Brought back replaced master cylinder. Worse than before. Now my vehicle is unsafe to drive and I'm out $240 and would not give money back. Called me a liar. Do not take your vehicle here. Also took three entire days for him to do that.

Just got spam mail from them in my work email. I have not ordered parts from them, and I know for sure I would never spend $5,690 on a 1998 truck.

Companies Email servers are hacked... The Company Email is being used to send Solicited mail out to people indicating that there parts are in stock, or ordered.. I don't think Humphrey/Humphry is aware of this.. I rated it low to get there attention so they can fix it..

I received excellent service and will recommend them to anyone who needs to have thier vehicle serviced or repaired. They have great pricing and excellent work performance.
