Really delicious ice cream, and the Starter berry kouign amann flavor is so good. The only downside is the portion size (which others have mentioned) is really small. The single scoop ($6.50) is really the size you'd get with a kids scoop elsewhere
We love HS’s ice cream and this 1-star review is entirely for the lack of service at this location tonight. We approached, looked at the menu, excited for the new flavors (I got HS’s newsletter about them this afternoon!) and waited for the woman to turn around to help us. No acknowledgment. So I said “Hello?” And she does not turn around. I’m puzzled. Does she have earbuds in both ears?
