I started seeing Ben about 8 months ago when I started suffering from agonising shoulder pain (rotator cuff). Ben has patiently and consistently helped me claw my way back into the gym and I'm almost back to 100% again. Could not have done it without him. Thanks mate!!
Ben is an amazingly knowledgeable Physio. He is very efficient in treating you and will be focussing on multiple body parts at once with a mix of cupping, dry needling and manual therapy. I definitely recommend Ben, he will also supply you with a program to help recover/rehab/strengthen your body.
