It's very small and cramped. Had an influx of customers. Probably thought they were doing the right thing by spending time with each one but the place being so small it resulted in customers blocking entrance to doctors surgery behind. One lady cut herself dodging display stand. I don't suppose the assistant meant to be uncaring but it was so busy and cramped in there.
