I am writing this review based on my experience with the salesman that I dealt with. I had agreed to buy a L200 truck from Humphries and Parks last Wednesday and collection was due today. Whilst agreeing the sales I had agreed with Rob the salesman that there were a number of body work items that needed to be addressed as well as a full valet. This year i bought my first car. I did not know much about anything, i was unsure on process, procedures, Tax, insurance everything. RIchard Stockwell from Humpries and Parks quite literally could not have done more to help me and make everything hapen so fast. Just purchased my first non company car in 40 years from Rob Davies at H&P and what a great experience from start to finish. Great family firm and Rob introduced me to both Marcus the owner and his son and everything that was promised was completed on delivery. Rob was fantastic from initial enquiry up to completion of the sale. He was very knowledgable and professional and made me feel as ease when taking the car for a test drive. The whole process was quick and easy, will definitely return if needing to purchase another car in the future.
