I have been with this Insurance for 11 years. I requested a quote for auto and umbrella. It took almost two months to get it. Because of that, I didn't get the apartments that needs COI. Mark was rude, he never apologize. Cathy was blaming me not to sign the paper work right away. Well, I got the email conversation, date and time. Mark just don't care.
