The lady at the front counter doesn’t have a firm grasp of job expectations.She can’t find patients names in the system. She can’t give correct account balance information. Her lack of skills and over all lack of knowledge needs to be addressed. I am not sure if the problem is more her or the new system. Either way the transition has not been seamless Thanks very much, for asking for my feedback.

Dr Humphries has been an incredibly patient, kind and caring provider for many years!! Thank you to him, his nurses and staff!! A big shoutout to the special lady who gives me my allergy shots!! She’s the best!!
