Rich and Jamie were quick to diagnose & have my furnace back up & running within hours. Fast, friendly, & very knowledgeable guys. Exactly what you need when your furnace quits in -34 January weather. They even provided temporary heat in my home while parts were being dispatched.
Richard and Jamie came out to diagnose my furnace last night, unfortunately the it needed to be replaced, they came back this morning and replaced the furnace. They are friendly, professional, fast and efficient! I HIGHLY recommend them!

A few weeks ago, I contacted Humphreys Heating in Winnipeg to diagnose a problem with my furnace. A technician came and told me I needed a new heat exchanger, which would cost about $2000 for the part and labor. He suggested it would be better to just buy a new furnace. Later that same afternoon, I had a second technician from another company inspect it. He found that the gas valve was faulty. After replacing the valve, my furnace worked again. Came into work today and the heat was off. One of the coldest days of the year (of course). Rich and Jamie came in a very timely manner, diagnosed the furnace problem, got it running, ran to pick up a part and quickly back to update the furnace. Highly recommend! Nicole @Enhance
