TIP: When driving South on the Parkway from Afton/250, as soon as you pass the Humpback Rocks Visitor Center on the right, you can take a quick glance up directly ahead of you to see Humpback Rock. If all you can see is fog covering the mountain then you'll just be hiking into a cloud. Otherwise, the view at the top is worth the leg pain.
It was a loop hike, 4.2 miles. The hike is enjoyable, not so hard. The view is amazing.
