I always forget to check in...this place has helped me on several occasions. This time around it has been extremely beneficial thanks to the staff new and old but I have to thank the most biggest role to my recovery my new therapist Patty Barrera. Anyone needs physical therapy I strongly recommend Humpal Therapy in Alice and ask for Patty Barrera.
My experience was with the clinic in Alice. The staff there were beyond awesome. Very caring and knowledgeable. I went to therapy for a year and made a lot of progress with all their help. In the front office, Olga and Angela very friendly. All the "techs"-Gloria, Melissa, Christina,Lydia Esme and her helper in the pool, sorry I can't remember her name were all caring and encouraging. Everyone there is wonderful. They are kind and caring with all the patients. I am so glad I was referred to this Center. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable in their jobs, I don't want my therapy to end. Thank you Louis, Willie, Renee and Elizabeth for all your help so far.
I give you 5 stars, extremely polite very helpful and very professional starting to feel better. I've only been 4 times which today would be the 4th.
