Purchased the 16’ for my 55 x60 hangar. Dealing with Michael at Humongous fans was great, he answered all my questions. Fan was shipped and packed very well, install was straightforward and went quickly. The fan is very impressive, I love watching it go! It moves a LOT of air with virtually no noise at all, you have to turn it all the way up to hear the motor hum slightly. We purchased a 16 foot fan for our dog daycare and boarding facility. It was a great experience from start to finish! Matthew was very helpful through the whole process! The fan moves some serious air and the install was rather simple! :)
Excellent customer service. They walked us through the whole installation process and even took time on the phone with our electrician during installation. If you can fit them, get the 12ft fans or bigger. The 8ft fans did not put off as much air as we hoped. We might have to order more to get sufficient air in our larger spaces. But our 12ft fan puts out great air.
We purchased a 16ft HVLS and we are very pleased with the entire process. Michael made everything seamless and simple. The install was very straight forward, not over complicated. This thing moves air very well. Everything was done to our expectations, and we appreciate that!
