When you walk in, someone always says hello. Flooring is always installed relatively quick and it always looks great! I will always go back for my flooring needs/wants. I started out using lowe's or home depot for carpet, but the honesty, quality, installation, professionalism and friendliness at humongous bills are the reason I keep coming back to humongous bills.
This is a wonderful family business and they treat their customers like family and friends. I cannot recommend them enough and will only go to them for flooring. I recommend them to everyone and If you could only use one word to define this company, it would be integrity. From sales to installation, friendly, respectful professional. I had an apartment refloored completely. Carpeting was excellent. Vinyl in bathroom and kitchen was curling at the edges within 2 weeks. Would not recommend.
We looked at several carpet stores and overall had the best experience and pricing here. The staff at the store were helpful, kind and listened to our needs. We received great pricing and the installation crew were polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet needs.
