I visited Hummus Republic today. It had incredible reviews and I love eat at these types of places. I wanted it to be great. Regrettably it kind of missed the mark. Perhaps my expectations were too high. The restaurant is quite clean. The staff were very friendly. They have a number of Humus choices, naturally. There were many options for toppings. Food is amazing! Price is a bit much.
First off the food is fresh and amazing. I eat falafals every where I go and travel a lot and this one was up there with the best of the best. Fresh delicious and amazing. Plus the owner and staff are amazing humans!!! Make sure you support them and in the process eat something fresh and delicious.
