Stopped by Hummus Republic in Valencia after a long day and wasn’t expecting much, but it honestly turned out really good. I got a bowl with chicken, rice, hummus, and a few toppings, and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. The portions were filling without feeling too heavy. Im sad this ain't in my hometown. I would eat this several times a week if it was close. SOOOOOOO much better than cava. The mushroom shwarma is incredible
Had a stop here on my way and great experience. Great Mediterranean spot with fresh, flavorful food and plenty of excellent vegan options. The hummus and bowls were especially good. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
