Small portions, crunchy rice. Falafel is probably the worst I’ve had, very dry. There are much better options for Mediterranean in Scottsdale
Really expensive for what you get.
Falafel bowl was amazing. Super crispy and well seasoned falafel, delicious hummus, slightly sweet beets, all topped with tahini. Awesome.
We stopped in tonight and we were blown away by JC's kindness, patience and service. We will definitely be back. Our group had the vegan wraps and a myo bowl. Everything was delicious!
Tried Hummus Republic for the first time. Cava is a lot better and more fresh. This is a cheap knock off of Cava. A lot of the toppings such as corn was pulled straight out of the frozen packaging, not even washed or warmed up. The employee put it straight in my bowl. Same for other salad toppings.
