I ordered an airhose for my badger airbrush, had 1/2" fitting on one end instead of 1/4". They did call me and told me send it back, but they don't pay to return an item.I sent it back and ended up losing money even though it was their mistake.Will never order from them again.
Great store for wood carvers and other wood workers. Lots of tools, supplies, ides and very helpful staff. Definitely worth your time.
Absolutely, positively the worst customer service you will ever experience. They lost my order, but had no problem charging my credit card. Had to go through the bank to get reimbursed. This place needs to be closed.
My father sent patterns and heard nothing, assumed it was lost in the mail. Sent another pattern plus an order and heard nothing again. They admitted to receiving the paaterns ,said they had no time to do it . My father lives in assisted living and was so looking forward to this and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell him. Wish we had read all the horrible reviews before putting this effort into a disfunction business.
Sent me a terrible piece of basswood. Told me I’d have to return it at my expense. Also in the same order I had glass eyes on wire - came with both eyes broken off the wire. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore.
