We have had a phenomenal experience with Ms. Brittany Aldarondo! She is so insightful and thoughtful with her approach for the sessions with my 7 year old daughter. We have only been going to Hummingbird for a year and it has brought so many coping strategies, ideas for supporting emotional challenges, routines at home, and so much love and support to both my daughter and my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences with Kaitlyn. She did an intense metronome program with our son and he made significant progress. We plan on working with her again once our schedule allows. We highly recommend Hummingbird, but in particular Kaitlyn. She is a highly skilled OT but also has a great personality and a pleasant temperament for kids like ours. Her communication is excellent as well, and she also had a lot of innovative ideas and resources on regulation and development.
We have done primarily OT here with Alyssa. She’s been wonderful! My son was in 4th and 5th grade, so he wasn’t always thrilled about going to his weekly appointments, but she made it fun for him. Alyssa helped point out the visual processing difficulties and got us in touch with an ocular therapist. There was always good communication and we feel well supported! I recommend hummingbird to anyone who ever needs therapy.
We really love Hummingbird! Amy has been absolutely amazing with my son. From the very beginning in feeding therapy, she made him feel safe and supported and connected with him right away. We have been at Hummingbird for about a year and half for our 4 year old son. Hummingbird has been an incredible experience for us. Our son received speech and OT, and we were also apart of the Academy program during the summer and school year. I cannot rave about everyone there and their programs. Not only is it a clean, safe, engaging, and beautiful facility, the people there are truly amazing.
