She is extremely happy with the activities and staff, which are more like and extended family. I highly recommend Hummingbird Manor for their family inclusions and the way they provide status updates on my aunt’s care, behavior and health. They are friendly and welcoming. Our Mom was here for 8 years, had Alzheimer's, started out fairly well just needing reminders & some assistance but, as time went on required more help. The staff at Hummingbird was there thru all the various stages providing great care. I personally feel if my Mom had been in a nursing home we wouldn't have this additional time with her.
