Lisa has a lovely space and tries to bring the community together. I have enjoyed the harmonic egg as well as numerous relaxing sound baths. Each sound bath is a new experience. I highly recommend exploring everything offered here.

Lovely taking a tour of the center today - and meeting Lisa. What a wonderful and beautiful place! Who knew? Right in the heart of Westport with a nice view of the Saugatuck. Such a calming, healing place - I felt it as soon as I walked through the door.
I learned about Hummingbird Healing Center and the Harmonic Egg a week or so ago and was eager to try it. I loved it! I was so deeply relaxed during my session that I couldn't move a muscle. My time in the Egg passed so slowly that I felt I was there for 3 hours. I emerged refreshed and rested. Lisa is a wonderful healer, her voice is very calm and soft, and her sound healing before the session surrounded me in peace. I can't wait for my next session.
I loved my experience at the Hummingbird Healing Center. Lisa took such care in preparing me for my Harmonic Egg session, making sure I felt comfortable and that the details were personalized for me. I left feeling balanced and relaxed, and I look forward to returning!
