We had a really great experience staying over Christmas break at Kizzy Kove. The cabin itself was in great condition and everything in working order. Our fireplace pilot wasn't lit when we first got there, but they came out immediately and got it going. This was a great location conveniently close to midtown and all the activities going on for the holiday. Unfortunately, we had an emergency and had to leave early, but we highly recommend this cabin and rental company. Thanks so much for the memories!
We stayed in Retreat Ruiodoso with a total of about 25 people (including some babies). It was stunning, clean and had many amenities. The owners graciously allowed us to have our small wedding there and it was beautiful. The owners were kind, understanding and very helpful. The bang for your buck was well worth it. We stayed 3 nights and the kids were never bored due to the amenities. The hot tubs were clean and conveniently located in each cabin (2 bungalows per hot tub) and the pool was very large and very well maintained.... read more

We’ve rented from Hummingbird Cabins before and had a great experience, which makes this recent stay all the more disappointing. The home was advertised as a premium property, but what we walked into felt more like someone’s neglected second home — furnished with mismatched items, poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth the price we paid. SCAM! Do not book these cabins! 306 Snowcap Drive. Horrible experience! We booked several months ago. It’s a big scam we booked due to all the amenities they offered and it was a big disappointment. The cabin was ridiculously HOT! 81 degrees. The fridge was broken, the hot tub was out of order and the pool table was a piece of old crap. The balls get stuck. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. They brought ice coolers and fans that did absolutely nothing the only solution they offered was for us to leave and refund... read more
