SCAM! Do not book these cabins! 306 Snowcap Drive. Horrible experience! We booked several months ago. It’s a big scam we booked due to all the amenities they offered and it was a big disappointment. The cabin was ridiculously HOT! 81 degrees. The fridge was broken, the hot tub was out of order and the pool table was a piece of old crap. The balls get stuck. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. They brought ice coolers and fans that did absolutely nothing the only solution they offered was for us to leave and refund... read more

Rental Property: 262 Deer Park Dr., Alto, NM 88312 Worst experience ever with a rental home! I cannot stress this enough! To start, we paid a $395 USD deposit and only received back $119.69 USD stating that we broke a knob on the stove (which is a flat out lie). What plastic stove knob costs $275.31 USD anyways?! Stayed in 219 jack little. Decently clean upon arrival. Pool table is in 1/10 shape. All T.vs are out of date with no capability of today's streaming services. Dog hair was found in 1 of the beds. All beds smelled like dirt. Most of the furniture was ragged and chairs were loose or falling apart which we just avoided entirely. Entire house needs a desperate upgrade and fixing. I'm sure future guest will appreciate it. We stayed from 2/19- 2/23 of 2025
