Did not go there. They did not cut glass and I needed glass cut in triangle with three rounded corners.
Safelight set me up with these guys as an in-network solution for a Saturday repair. I live in Corvallis and it was a bit out of the way to say the least... Here's the point... The guy on the phone was SUPER nice. Excellent phone demeanor, kind, and looked up other local options in my area for me. Outstanding service and he didn't get a dime for it. Kudos!
I could quote Terry Lowery's review word for word, except my car is a 2012 Ford Escape. Every encounter with Hummingbird Auto Glass was positive and very cordial. I appreciated their willingness to work with my schedule, checking in with me 30 minutes before the appointment to say they were running early and that it was no problem to wait for me to get home. If I could give no stars I would. We set up an appointment which was going to take a week. The night before they called and let us know he would be there between 2 and 4. The next day the kid called and said he wasn't sure he could make it and it might be later or maybe earlier. We adjusted our schedule and made arrangements to work with his schedule and even got a friend to give my wife a ride in case. Then I talked to him and he was thinking 3:30ish. Thought i would have to drop my car off and pick it up an hour later like most of the auto shops around here, but no, Humming bird auto glass literally started on my window as soon as i pulled up and was done no less then 15 minute tops. 5 stars boys, keep up the good work.
