Had a great experience felt like home. Very clean, modern and nice cozy place. Also loved the area close to everything near by. We'll definitely be looking forward to stay again.
BEWARE. I booked at future stay here through the VRBO website. After the reservation was confirmed, host sent a rental agreement for me to sign with terms not disclosed during the booking process. The host demanded that I sign and upload a phot copy of my credit card and ID. When I called the host to discuss the matter and tell them I was not comfortable with the change of terms, I was told I would be banned from the premises for not complying with these new terms and that I would not be refunded. I booked via their website and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the process was extremely smooth. The instructions were clear, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and I had no issues during my stay. I appreciated being able to check in and out without having to wait on anyone. Very convenient and ideal for a short business trip.
Stayed in Apt 7 for a long weekend. Everything worked — AC, Wi-Fi, water pressure — which isn’t always the case with short-term rentals. The digital door lock was a nice touch. Would recommend this spot to friends.
