Had a morning appointment booked. I live out of town so had to plan my whole day around it. Showed up 3 hours later to pick up my car and they hadn’t even touched it yet. No apology was made either.
I have worked with Nile a few times here and each time has been great. I have an older Rogue that I am trying to keep driving as I do not want a car payment. Nile has put together for me a list of repairs I needed immediately and those that could wait which was very helpful. More recently though I was in an accident and my insurance company has not been the best. Roman and Dang and their supervisor were amazing. Made the whole service feel seamless and easy. Very professional and knoweldgable crew. Would recommend to everyone.
Went in to get my traction control and collision light looked at. I did have to wait a few hours, which was unfortunate, but the service advisor was super chill and nice They got me all fixed up and ready for the road. I'm extremely pleased.
