Came in for an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After being checked in was told it would be between 2-5 hours for service. Maybe faster if they could get me on the express side. They got me in the express side, but unfortunately when my car was done, I confirmed what services were done and found out they didn't even rotate the tires. Just oil change. Had a morning appointment booked. I live out of town so had to plan my whole day around it. Showed up 3 hours later to pick up my car and they hadn’t even touched it yet. No apology was made either.
I have worked with Nile a few times here and each time has been great. I have an older Rogue that I am trying to keep driving as I do not want a car payment. Nile has put together for me a list of repairs I needed immediately and those that could wait which was very helpful. More recently though I was in an accident and my insurance company has not been the best.
