Brought my 2000 Ford expedition in for ball joints and tie rods also the crew found an oil leak which didn't cost much to fix and no one else found it and fiddle with blend door actuator got that working again. Came here at the recommendation of a friend who had a stellar experience. I also had a great experience at this body shop. Poor levels of comminication, not sure if I caught him on a bad day or what but the guy on the phone was just unpleasant and did not seem like he wanted to help or talk to me as a customer. Very disappointed as the ratings only have good things to say, their reputation looks great and I was excited/hopeful they could help my issue. I’ve had the pleasure of taking my vehicles to Hummels automotive for many (7+) years. I am yet to find a more comprehensive AND reasonable shop in the Denver area. The owner, Stu Hummel, is a pleasure to work with and always transparent about what needs to be done to the vehicle, while offering incredibly reasonable pricing.
