My story: I live in California, and my daughter lives in Colorado. I'm who she turns to when she has a car problem. The engine light of her Subaru Crosstrek turned on, and I spent some time finding a shop to get a diagnosis. Roger the manager took way too long and made us wait before talking to us, employees were rude. The food was average. The place needs to be properly cleaned.

Stu at Hummel BNB Automotive went above and beyond when our car broke down on vacation. He arranged a tow, multiple shuttles, and let us stay in the shop for hours with our luggage. Super kind, respectful, and explained everything clearly without being condescending (ladies, you know how rare that is!). He even checked on us on our drive home! 1000% recommend his shop over any other — honest, helpful, and genuinely cares. Thank you, Stu!
