I originally had a very negative experience, but that all changed when I got a call from the Manager and I explained my situation, and then after our talk about what happened, the Manager made me feel better about returning to his business. I’m excited to use Hummel’s Automotive in the future In very pleased after his call.
They're very nice and upfront. It took a long time and they left me sitting a while before telling me they were finished. But they had free drinks and comfortable seats.
Excellent service friendly customer service and most importantly honest discussion and integrity in their advice. All I can say is they have earned the right to have my vehicle serviced their for the future!
Pure HONESTY and INTEGRITY!!! Best service I've had in so long!!! Cody and the Tech, have been such excellent help getting my car going now, and took a good amount of time of what I needed done in the future. The tech who worked on it, Bravo! Great experience at Hummels. They took my car right away and had it done in just a little while. Oil change and tire rotation. Excellent mechanics and friendly associates took care of me and my Tucson.
