I recently visited a Hummel to request some policy changes. Timothy Schlabach, whom I spoke with, was courteous and assured me that he would handle the matter. However, it has been two weeks since my visit, and I have yet to receive any updates or confirmation regarding the status of my request. As a loyal customer of Hummel for the past 11 years, I am disappointed by this lack of responsiveness and may need to look elsewhere for insurance now.
