What sets Erin apart is the balance of professionalism and genuine encouragement. Every session is structured, purposeful, and tailored to push me just enough without feeling overwhelming. At the same time, she makes the workouts fun and approachable, which has kept me consistent and excited to show up, her knowledge and ability to communicate shows how professional she is at what she does best!
