20+ year old furnace wore out, naturally during the most inopportune time of the year. Tech returned call the same day, came out the next day and discussed my options, finally deciding to go ahead with new installation on the agreed upon date. This date then had to be pushed back by a day as the equipment they received was damaged or otherwise inadequate, but I was notified of this development which really goes a long way in any business. Me and my husband had this company come out put brand new heating and air unit in 4 months ago and now we’re in winter and no heat we have called Shawn out to are house NOW 4 times and still don’t have no heat and was told to call another heating and air company he didn’t no what to do mind you we done paid this man a 8,000$ in a check so now will be contacting the Arkansas department labor and licensing state inspectors on Monday morning and contacting are lawyer over the matter I would NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY F... read more
