John Humes showed us very little compassion. We had gone in a few days before my mom passed to get pricing and arrange to use this funeral home. We were quoted a price by a woman who worked there because John was busy. Once my mom passed we went to make final arrangements. We were told the price we were given was incorrect and if we wanted those services it would be $1600 more. We barely received an apology for the confusion. We were given a catalog to choose an urn. John helped us through 2 of the hardest times of our lives: 1992 when my mother in law died expectantly and 2016 when my mom died. John's work is flawless and seemless and he has such a kind, warm heart. He's understanding and helpful at a time you can't think straight. Both of our mothers were beautiful and looked so natural. My 5-yr old granddaughter missed the visitation for my mom and she asked me what Great Grandma looked liked.
