Placed an order on 7/8/2021 via Guitar Center for an Enduro Companion Tilt-N-Pull case in 36x14.5x12 that was supposed to be ready by 7/24/2021. After a series of delays, I talked to Humes and Berg via phone and was told the company was having issues with their existing castors and that they were trying to source them from another supplier. 3 months after the order was placed, Humes and Berg hadn’t supplied the case to Guitar Center and the order had to be canceled after GC removed the item from their catalogue.
