Great place quality product made in the usa

Everything is on backorder I ordered 7 enduro pro cases for my new pdp concept maple kit only 3 came in so far and its been a month. I cant blame sweetwater, been in constant contact with the sales engineer and the shipment date keeps getting pushed back. I normally use gator products but the padded interior of the hard shell case caught my attention and looked like extra protection. They do fit pretty well and seem secure but the website is crashed and I cant get any response from the company through any of their social med... read more
I’d used their bags & cases for 30 years but lack of communication, caring and support has led me to now using SKB Cases. I get it, H&B makes most of their money from school band programs but if they are going to venture into the professional musician endorsing world, they might want to concern themselves more with customer/artist service rather than Instagram/Facebook posts.
