The manager was amazing, we showed up early before sign in time, and he came to verify who we were and that we were meant to be there, had an extremely easy sign in process, and the rooms were very nice. Rooms were clean, spacious and tidy. The location is extremely nice, not far from the CBD, close to public transport, however it's a bit hard to see from the road so you have to have a GPS or know where on the road it is, otherwise you might miss it. Overall i would definitely stay here again if i return to Melbourne
Fantastic location for, shops, restaurants, etc.. Andrew and Gladys are fantastic managers for whom are very Friendly and approachable. I Will be coming back!
I’m a DoorDash driver and couldn’t get through to a customer so I called the after hours number listed on the entrance door. Guy answers with a complete attitude then shuts the phone. Whoever you are mate, have a bit more respect than that, I’m sorry I woke you up with the call but you are taking calls on behalf of a motel business. Jeez this world is full of grumps. 😔

The owner interrogated me about who I was there to see, kept yelling and saying I was a threat. I was literally waiting in the reception room for my friend to come down stairs and fetch me. Weird dude and lady at front desk, bad vibes.
