Dr. Ladda and everyone I have dealt with at the office has been excellent.
Dr. James Stewart conducted an insurance examination on me, and the report he produced was profoundly inaccurate and dismissive of my lived experience. He claimed I was exhibiting “non-organic signs and inconsistencies,” effectively painting me as inauthentic, and attributed my very real physical injuries to psychological causes. My family and I were new to Collingwood with a baby on the way. We were scrambling to find a new family doctor. Dr. Jessica Dobson took our baby in as her patient days after he was born. She has provided incredible care for our son, taking all the extra steps to ensure he is healthy. We have so much trust in her. She takes her time with us and is very compassionate towards any questions we have as first time parents. Office team is also absolutely wonderful. -Kirstin Enright
